About

'Hello, thanks for finding me! This is my blog; I called it Angie B, because that's my nickname. My real name is Angie Browning, but people always call me 'B' or Miss B.  My best friend calls me Mrs P (but that's another story...)

Angie B Studio is a creative goods, art, design and illustration company that started back in 2010. I specialise in everything creative, from original art and illustrations to custom, hand drawn stationery and graphic design.

This blog is a place where I share ideas, inspiration and daily sketching adventures from my studio.

I also have a weekly interview series called 'Afternoon Coffee Guests' where I interview other creative business owners about their process and craft. If you'd like to feature please contact me here.

To say hello contact me at bobeedesigns@gmail.com

The story so far.

Name //  Angie B (real name Angie Browning, but my nickname is Angie B, so it kind of stuck.)
Age //  A little over 30
Location // Cheltenham, UK
Shoe Size // sometimes a 4, sometimes a 5

In a previous life I was a marketing coordintor, receptionist, administrator, marketing assistant, project coordinator, cook, waitress, blogger, social media manager, office manager, training instructor, and globetrotter (but not all at once)!

What did you want to be when you were younger?

I can't remember wanting to be anything else but an artist to be honest. But I wasn't sure how to make a living from it (I'm still trying to figure that bit out) I did go through a phase of wanting to be a nurse but my mum said I was too sensitive to be a nurse.

What do you love?

Great coffee.  Stationery.  Typography.   Beaches.   Cats.   Cafes. Paperchase.   KikkiK.   Australia. Boden.   St Ives.  Yoga.  Running.  Fish and Chips.   Techie Geek stuff.  Reading blogs and laughing at Youtube videos when I should be working.

And I've been a Coldplay fan since 1999.

What's the best piece of advice anyone has ever given you?

'Success is going from failure to failure with no loss of enthusiasm' - Winston Churchill.
